Self description: It contains the sweat spilled in many battles and is said to be used for certain perfumes too.

To get the item you have to have completed Djinn quest. If you have chosen blue djinns you have to visit Haroun, if green you have to visit Yaman. They will change 4 Warrior Helmets for a bottle of Warrior's Sweat.
